My approach is about you learning a new way of being with food and honoring yourself and your body – in a more conscious, empowered, and nourishing way. 

In order to achieve sustainable change, you need to move through a process of transformation. This starts with elevating your mindset, which leads to action, then maintenance, and ultimately commitment.

Embrace

Entry Level Program: When you’re ready to embrace a new perspective relating to food and your body, this program is for you.

This 3-month program will give you deeper self-awareness, expanded mindfulness, an empowered mindset, and the tools and framework to improve your relationship with food and body. You will experience more ease with food, develop self-compassion, and start to feel more comfortable in your body.

 This program includes:

  • Hourly coaching sessions three times a month via phone, Zoom, or in person walking sessions

  • 90-minute initial discovery session

  • Health and life coaching to support you to make lifestyle changes

  • Personalized goal development, accountability, and homework

  • Email support between sessions

Nourish

Mid-level Program: If you’re ready to actively make lifestyle changes, this program is for you.

This 6-month program will help you experience the freedom to eat foods you love, do movement you love, and start to enjoy your body. You will develop and maintain a healthier, more nourishing relationship with food and body. In this process you will also develop a kinder, more loving relationship with yourself.

 This program includes:

  • Hourly coaching sessions twice a month via phone, Zoom, or in person walking sessions

  • 90-minute initial discovery session

  • 90-minute midpoint session

  • Mindful eating exercises

  • Health and life coaching to support you to make sustainable changes

  • Personalized goal development, accountability, homework

  • Email support between sessions

Embody

Premium Program: If you’re ready to make profound changes and a major commitment to your body and self, this program is for you.

This 9-month program will help you learn to commit to taking sustained action to take care of yourself and your body. You will start to trust your body, honor your body, and learn to love your body. You will develop a whole new relationship with food, body, and self – one that is healthy, nourishing, and loving.

 This program includes:

  • Hourly coaching sessions three times a month via phone, Zoom, or in person walking sessions

  • 90-minute initial discovery session

  • Two VIP days

  • Mindful eating exercises

  • Pantry makeover or food shopping

  • Email, text, and phone on demand support between sessions

  • Health and life coaching to support you to make lasting sustainable changes

  • Personalized goal development, accountability, homework

VIP Days

VIP days give you a clear, personalized action plan so that you can start making changes now.

A VIP day is a ½ day of dedicated, uninterrupted time focused on creating a realistic action plan around a specific goal to help you move forward and start making changes right away.

  • A Healthier Way of Eating for You – We will focus on your eating and food goals and create meal plan ideas based on your needs and preferences. You will walk away with strategic action steps to take to move forward, personalized meal plan ideas, and mindful eating experience. 

  • Discover and Address the Root of Your Eating Challenges – We will do a deep dive into your relationship with food to address underlying issues. You will walk away with a deeper self-awareness, a strategy to address the root of your eating challenges, and mindful eating experience.                                                    

  • A Movement Plan You Love – We will focus on your physical activity goals and create a weekly movement practice based on your needs and preferences. You will walk away with strategic action steps to start your practice, a personalized workout and accountability plan, and mindfulness practice (guided workout meditation). 

  • Begin Your Journey of Healing Your Body Image – We will do a deep dive into your relationship with your body to discover and address the root of your body image struggles and do a body acceptance and gratitude meditation. You will walk away with a deeper understanding, a strategy to improve your body image, and mindfulness and gratitude practices.
